Yeah his reaction does not surprises me. But no one really knows their real reason of divorce. Her ex husband is silent about this.

he’s old school where it’s taboo. He never divorced nor neither his other kids.

It's understandable Dharmendra at his age and mindset would not want divorce in his family. He didn't allow Sunny to have one.

If reconciliation is possible then it will be good for kids.

ye. I don’t know on sunny but he kept two marriages plus his 1st wove with whom he had 4 kids naturally would not want to get a divorce esp since she had kids n then small village girl but very pretty based on pics I have seen. Hema malini was his dream girl as many others so despite being married he wanted her as his wive too. Though technically Hema wasn’t but by converting he wa able to give her that title but later they denounced that religion so she was more just the other women he had two daughters with. I doubt his sons would either n instead do what they did. So many stars had two wives though most were Muslim religion by birth like salim n javad. Though salim had the condition not to have other biological kids.
