I don't know but I do feel a certain section of audience does sympathise with armaan but they aren't too vocal, like I do see him winning polls on Insta and he actually has been no.1 character of ITV male leads in one of the popular Insta pages. Even on twitter, I see lot of Armaan supporters coming, including solos who have only issues with his angle with Ruhi while they do hail him for his good things and for being a soft hearted male lead. Also, Abhimaan being no.1 across all platforms lately shows that majority of audience love the pair which ultimately leads to loving armaan too because they think armaan is a capable guy to ship him with Abhira. I do agree with toxic alpha male lead thing and that's the mentality embedded in people since ages which will take time to go away. Hence, i still don't want armaan to completely change - his soft personality as a male lead is his USP. Only thing I want in him to change is the clarity in regards to his guilts and he needs to stop pleasing people around and be more confident calling spade a spade.
Baki, majority is not always right and vice versa. This has been the case since ages. So, majority doesn't represent the right always. And it's really sad at times. Because I know a lot of toxic alpha male leads in ITV are still hailed as Gods.
The trp audience that I know of, everyone loves our softie and hails him as the best they've seen in ages ❤❤❤
