There are many hallucinogens , in powder form.

It could be LSD going by the effects , how quickly the induction happened and the physical symptoms, also this tendency to jump from high ground etc.

The discrepancy is , Lsd is not baba ji ka churan ki kahi bhi mil jaye.. lagta hai Veer se churaya hai..
