As much as we’re going to miss August Babu in the upcoming track. I hope Officer Bhadra (aka Senior Inspector Surya Reddy) is more carefree and joyful. Agastya always carried around that dard ka samundar with him and it would be nice for a change to see what he could be like when not bound to the Chaudhary’s.

Unless they pull some kind of plot twist and he’s not actually Agastya but a character of his own. Which would suck but I don’t think they’d go that route.

Which again, I don’t know how or when he managed to devise such a plan but clearly August Babu has something cooked up his sleeve.

If they actually show his funeral, what body would they burn? I feel like it was more of a dramatic shot for the promo, just like when they showed him in a pool of blood when setting up the Satyawan-Savitri track.

See for me I am quite clear on few things

- I want the new guy to be Agastya in disguise. I can not root for a new love story with Imlie and the doppelganger even if it is Sai. The essence of the love story is lost.

- Imlie loved the scarred man Agastya and wanted to fill his life with love and happiness. So it would be befitting only if they show Imlie ending up with Agastya and not with someone else.

- I am also confused on whose body are they going to show burning - I really hope it is just promo and they won't have a body to burn because Agastya has faked his death and has gone hiding.

Sai posted a photo on Twitter and then deleted it immediately. We are making our assumptions based on that photo.

Agastya wont die. This is a disguise for sure. Tension math lo. They won’t show the face during the cremation for sure. Agastya ki chaal hai to get the stalker truth out

They’d have to make him the opposite of Agastya for a fact. Not only would Imlie have to doubt that he’s not her Babu, but even we the audience should start questioning if he’s a separate character. I’m sure Sai will be able to pull it off. Similarly to how Adrija changed up her voice, accent and intonation for Chabeli.

Perhaps, that’s how they make Alka’s prophecy come true, maybe the Chaudhary’s would actually be convinced that he’s not their Gattu and they’d shame Imlie after seeing her growing friendship or banter with Officer Bhadra.

Not only Imlie even supporting characters like Vishwa and navya shouldn't get suspicious that Surya is indeed Agsatya else his plan will fail. What will be the use of this elaborate planning.

He has portray a completely different character even if in reality he is Agastya only

can I say I am disappointed with the ethnicity given to Sai cop character. He was already stereotyped as south Indian in his last two shows. Neutrals on twitter also say that he is only comfortable in playing SI characters . Imlie gave his good opportunity to break this notion and he did it brilliantly by playing a UP wala with ease. But this reddy surname will be reminder of his previous forgettable role 😞

audience ko bhi shayad na dikhaye as it will ruin the suspense. We online Audience got to know about Agastya disguise because of Sai uploading the pic. TRP audience ko kuch nahi pata. They might be angry by today episode that how easily Agastya agreed for marrying someone else

I have one doubt. How is Agastya going to fake his death. I am really hoping we are not going to have long sequence of the whole family crying, blah blah. Can't see those scenes. It would be good if they don't show his body and the burning of the pyre or whatever. Just tell that Agastya is missing and presumed dead. That makes it reasonable for Agastya to come back as the police officer and Imlie can have her doubts on the officer as being her babu.

If they show the dead body then the police officer would not be Agastya for sure and it would be a doppelganger. I am sorry but I am not interested in Imlie ka love story with a new guy even if he resembles Agastya. What do you all think ?

Same feelings .. can’t see the rituals and all especially Agastya ka funeral .. hope it’s not like the promo .. I couldn’t handle it in the promo itself ..

hope they assume he is dead and the police man arrives and also hope it’s his plan .. as you said don’t want look alike Agastya .. already pissed he is a telgu guy why repeat ?

hoping against hope that it's just the surname which is SI. Rest his personality and mannerism is completely different. Writing and execution team of Imlie has never let down Sai. So dekhte hai what's future episodes has in store for us
