We used this sculpture, as it depicts why chocolate day is special ... the design is simple and express the explanation in just with seeing it.

2) When we closed our eyes, a dream unfolded before us. A fantasy house emerged, constructed entirely from rich, dark chocolate infused with the delightful essence of plum surrounded by array of delectable flavors mingling together.

Let's delve into the details of our dream abode:

The main structure boasts a blend of dark chocolate and plum flavor, skillfully shaped in a delightful mold. The entrance door and windows are crafted from layers of strawberry and orange wafers that add a tangy touch to the dreamy confection.Choco chips embellish the roof and various other spots on our dreamy abode.

Along the sides, three bean bags beckon, each a Gulab Jamun flavor stuffed with nuts and coated in a luscious combination of regular chocolate and white chocolate.

And as a foundation to this sweet masterpiece, the entire house sits on a surface of nutmeg-flavored tempered chocolate, enhancing the overall sensory experience with a subtle yet aromatic twist.

We present our Chocolate Sculpture for the Task - Round 3

Part 1.

Our new chocolate flavour is changeri (yellow wood sorrel) leaf - astringent and sour, making you feel thirsty. Ancient Indians made changeri leaves palatable by filling them with fruit paste; our simple, no-nonsense, easily replicated idea is to coat changeri leaves with chocolate instead, innovatively combining native and foreign ingredients. The heart-leaf shape, crunchy sound, brittle but melt-in-your mouth texture, and astringent, sour, slightly sweet taste with a chocolate smell appeal to all five senses.

Part 2.

The Sculpture will look like a wise old Bodhi Tree. The thick and vast branches full of heart shaped leaves (made as mentioned in Part 1) signifying the various relationships one has during their life, be in with parents, spouse, siblings, children and even friends. The thick deep roots (Made of Orange Zest and chocolate) signify the depth of the bonds and the intertwined affection and compassion, joys of life and also nirvana. The heart shaped leaves of the Bodhi tree, signify enlightenment to grow as the Tree grows and create deeper bonds of affection.

For the new flavor We're going with raspberry-ginger chocolate, it's bold yet refreshing, and will play nicely with the dark chocolate of the sculpture. The bitterness of the ginger gives the sweetness of the raspberry some balance.

For the sculpture, We're picturing a sculpture of a cupid. The cupid sits on a base of dark chocolate, with white chocolate for its body. The details are intricate, The spicy raspberry-ginger chocolate creates the wings,are light and dainty with a bow and arrow secured on his hands, and the face has a sweet expression. The sculpture is mounted on a base of white chocolate for a dreamy effect.

We present for your tasting pleasure our new and unique chocolate flavor – Chili Chaat Chocolate crafted into this beautiful sculpture.

The background is made of white chocolate. The ‘star’ or the main body of the sculpture i.e the parchment is made of milk chocolate and chili paste. The musical note & the bird are also chocolate. The decorations on the side i.e the musical instruments are made of golgappas and papdis with chocolate chili filling.

Since we both are diehard romantics, and we believe that every love story has its share of ups and downs, sweet moments and tearjerkers, we have chosen this flavor..

Part # 2

(describe why you chose the sculpture)

Our sculpture is a tribute to true love and also a nod to the things that bonded the two of us.

The parchment and the musical notes & instruments refer to our common interests: writing and music. The words on the parchment are the lyrics of a song by a band that we both love.

The ‘white’ background with the balcony is a call to the balcony scene from ‘Romeo & Juliet’, a legendary story about star-crossed lovers.

Why a parchment? We hope to catch the eye of our discerning judges who are into history. The bird holding it represents the ancient means of sending and receiving communication.

Here it was not even a mountain but just a hump.

So with Bappa's blessings and my partner's love and support, we have finished the task.

Proceeding further, we introduce you all to a truly new and unique chocolate flavour, which you have never tasted before.

Presenting 'Wood-Apple Chocolate' before you all through a model completely made of this chocolate.

Let me tell you, this chocolate flavour is just not tasty like other flavours but healthy too,

Leaving a pleasant bitter-sweet taste in your mouth with some tangy nuances.

Just taste it once and you want it more.

And if you're worried about energy loss in summer due to the scorching sun 🥵 then don’t worry, just take out the chocolate 🍫 from your pocket and have some bites of this.

The presence of jaggery, coconut milk, and wood apple pulp in the chocolate will fill you with energy and remove all your fatigue.

Amidst the sweetness of chocolate,

Lies the essence of tradition and reverence,

As the garden mouse delicately perches upon the sacred wood apple.

In this edible art, the star ingredient celebrates a newfound flavor,

While embodying the cherished offering to Lord Ganesha.

The reason why we chose this structure

1) As mentioned, the lower portion of the structure highlights the star ingredient 'Wood-apple' of the newly discovered flavour.

2) Wood apple is a sacred food, believed to be a favourite of Ganesha Ji and offered at the foot of Ganesh Ji idols or to the Mushak, Lord Ganesha's vaahan, on Ganesh/Vinayak Chaturthi.

The structure symbolizes the same.

Ganesha's wisdom guides, while the mouse scurries near,

In harmony they dwell, overcoming every fear.

So on this Chocolate Day,

Let's enjoy the sweetness of chocolates

Embracing the divine connection,

Where love intertwines with tradition,

Creating a symphony of flavors and devotion

Sculpture of Enola Holmes. We will use it for her eyes. Her eyes are like cinnamon's sweet and woody flavour (They are often robust and warm, with a sprinkling of piquancy i.e. mysterious) and it will age like fine wine.

It is a sculpture of milkmaids (gopis) who loved Shri Krishna unconditionally. We chose this to depict our ancient history and true love as this is Valentine week task.

This exotic chocolate is made of very special ingredients : lemon pickle with red hot chilli peppers mixed with chocolate!

2. This chocolate voodoo doll's head is made of pure dark chocolate, hands and feet of lemon pickles. The body (heart) shall be chocolate mixed with red hot chilli peppers.

This chocolate is pure magic, albeit dark one.

The reason why we chose this sculpture is because many of our childhood is related to Disney movies. Where we can first learn about true love and how it is achieved at the end of the story. And love is the main reason for celebrating Valentine's Day.

Where the choco will be used: in their outfits as those stand out and the entire Siya Ram has a strong history.

Round 4 is over and Partner Bs can take a deep breath because their agni pariksha is now over. They will be able to relax...not right now but after the competition is over. Before we move onto the next round, you're all waiting to hear what the criteria for Round 4 was. And that is quite simple. You will be judged on how well you used the teddy bears to apologize!

It's now time for Round 5 - Promise Day. This round both partners have to make a sweet promise...a simple promise....an easily fulfillable promise (something you can fulfill on IF). That's it. But what's a competition without some twists?

I really like Saif for some reason when it comes to gifs. Anyways, let's twist this up. Your promises are to be PMed to me and each partner has to PM me their own promise...without telling the other partner. These promises will then be kept on hold for a future round...and a future twist.

Rules:

- All promises are to be PMed to me. Only 1 entry and 1 promise will be allowed per person.

- Both partners have to PM me their own promise without discussing amongst your pair.

- The promise has to be something you can fulfill on IF and can be as simple as you want.

- All entries are to be kept anonymous until such a time as I deem that they can be publicized.

- Entries are due by Feb 9th 11:59 PM IST.

- And as a special bonus here's the criteria for this round in advance: if a promise is sweet, simple, and easily fulfilled on IF, you will get full points (5 out of 5 for each partner). Else the judges will give it a score based on their judgment.

- All promises will be anonymous for the judges (except me of course) so they won't know who submitted the promise until they are done judging. After they judge I will reveal the names to them as well.
