First episode was pretty good.

1. The director was able to establish the key family members & their dynamics for both Farhad & Freeya's families very seamlessly. We know both the families background, business, interpersonal relationships between old Gen n new gen.

2. The show is shot more like a movie than typical tv serial. Cinematography and locations are very realistic. The colors are bright & fresh.

3. Both the leads got a dhamakedaar bollywood style entry sequence.

4. Side character actors are also doing good work in whatever limited screen time they got.

All in all, it was good watch. It is a shame that from the show title and the promo we already know what will happen for the next few weeks. So the director better executes the story in a new & exciting way because romeo juliet story as such has nothing new to offer.
