Kya episode tha! 40 minutes of Imlie, this definitely was worth the hype. I was watching with my mum today and Aruna-jhi’s cameo was something that captured her attention well. A very TRP oriented episode, hopefully it will do well on the charts 🤞🏼

It was so wholesome to see Sonali and Agastya hug after their conversation. I’m glad Agastya acknowledged how Imlie was the one that helped them mend their damaged bond. Asma and Sai killed it! Very natural sibling chemistry.

The entire setup for the mela was so nicely done. I like how the conversation with the Fortune Teller happened in front of Agastya and Imlie’s tree. Felt kind of symbolic. The mela being in the angaan made total sense, such an under utilized area of the set. It’s also a nice change to not always be in Chaudhary mansion, it makes their world feel bigger especially with the crowd today. The house being empty really put into perspective how huge it is and also how the Chaudhary’s are THAT rich family in Purvaya.

I absolutely loved the natak, shudh Hindi is like honey to my ears. Karan and Chacha’s Hindi diction was also so good. Gul’s team always pulls off these kinds of scene very naturally. Sach mein mazaa aa gaya!The green screen used to show Savitri following her husband in death took me out for a second. If not, the rest was so wonderfully done. Sai with the kudal in his Satyawan avatar reminded me of the Shriman Goldigger scene. Adrija looked so divine in her Rajkumari look and the more simple attire for the married Savitri suited her as well. Adrija’s lines and dialogue delivery, chef’s kiss honestly. She looked so beautiful with the sindoor, really brightens up her face. They really are setting up the omens for something big with the sindoor ka dabba spilling over. Hopefully it’s not any of Alka’s “prophecies”.

Dolly must be under some majboori for her to be helping out the masked killer. She looked tensed rather than conniving. The killer sneaking in with some accomplice to steal the locket removes the pressure from Agastya to keep a secret from Imlie. I really didn’t want this to be something that brings her to lose trust in him.

August Babu and Imlie acted smartly today, loved the little action between them and the thieves. I thought for a second that Imlie would sing “Babuji Dheere Chalna” to alert him but instead her Babu figured it out himself after seeing her broken phone. With Imlie being injured in tomorrow episode, I wonder if they’ll make her lose her memory? It’s such an ITV cliché but who knows these days ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Maybe she’ll be unconscious for hours, which could explain Adrija having an early pack up today.

There’s so much that happened in today’s episode, the revenge family was bleh as usual. Navya bhad me jaye with her nonsense. Glad Sonali called out Vishwa for being a shoddy police officer. At least he didn’t manhandle Imlie today.

Wonder how Agastya gets injured and hopefully we get to see some sweet moment before Imlie goes out and faces the killer.

Agree 💯 with everything you said.. For me, the most satisfying part of today's episode was the continuity of scenes and actors all around the set.. Be it the placement of audience, where-in multiple shots showed their presence or Sonali and others walking here and there, and the mansion shown in the background..

Sonali and Vishwa's discussion and Vishwa also being skeptical was a good cherry on the top..

Episode dekh ke Sach mein Maja aa gaya. Not a single dull moment. I now can understand why star plus might have pressurised the PHs to churn out special episodes today in view of bigg boss finale and I can say that Imlie will be successful in holding viewer attention today.

Aruna ji ko dekh ke nostalgia ho jata hai. The woman is so good in emotional scenes that you start feeling for the fictional characters. Her facial expressions were indicative of what tragedy would befall on Imlie.

The play was super entertaining. As Kashish said ,the shudh Hindi dialogues are honey to ears. Imlie, chachu and karan everyone did their part so brilliantly . Special mention to Imlie dialogues in the play as Savitri. I could feel every dialogue spoken by her. The idealist mythological heroine . Kudos to the dialogue writer of the show.

Adrija looked beautiful both in princess Savitri and commoner Savitri get up.

Coming to Sonali, Asma Hindi diction is so amazing and really sounds very authentic. Glad they made her narrator. The beginning scene of Sonali and Agastya was so heart warming. Now Agastya will have a person in form of Sonali didi as a supporter whenever he will fall in future

No comments on viswa and navya

I an liking this Amar. The actor has good screen presence. His jovial nature and comedy is relief in tension prone Imlie universe. It's will be shame if Makers prioritise Vishwa over Amar in terms of SS

@bold:- You won't believe it. There are bots on Twitter who are hyping the jodi. I mean seriously ? The guy has hardly 1 - 2 scenes and the actor as well as his fans or maybe bots think that he should be the main lead.

Asma as Sonali literally ate the guy off in their confrontation scene and left no bread crumbs. All he could do was to give shocked expression ki - Dhat tere ki, I am supposed to be an investigating officer right. I could not see these 2 on my screen even for 5 mins. Just expose the stalker and get this family out please and then they can go on and try to capture the masked killer.

Today's episode was total 40 mins in length. So Star Plus is not going to air any ads in between also. They are going to air the drama for complete 40 mins and they don't want the audience to even switch the channel in between the ad breaks. I have to say Imlie did perform well in the 40 mins ka episode. The crew utilized the whole set really good and the angan was transformed well in to the mela for the village. And all the supporting cast did do well in their respective parts.

Either bots or nibbis who are liking him due to a handful of reels on insta. He has no lead quality as a character, very poorly written character. I'm not even talking about how much he needs to improve his acting skills or his screen presence. Sai and Adrija are really strong actors. Asma and other supporting actors too complement them well (Avi, Chutti, Alka, Dadi, heck even Dolly).

Unfortunately his scenes are maximum with Sonali, Agastya or Imlie and there's a clear lag there. He brings down the energy of the scene. The only person he performs better than is Navya. She's the biggest drag (character wise more than acting).

Yes looks like SP is not going to run any ads today to beat Colors ki trp for BB finale. They didn't even have any ads in the episode. Not sure how is anyone making money. Does anyone know how this business model works? I always question SP business decisions (biased and unprofessional channel).

Sunaina, agree with you about Amar being a much better character as well as actor compared to Vishwa. They should focus on Sonali Amar as good parallel leads instead of giving any more opportunities to Revenge family as they are clearly not working.

bold1: Love triangle toh nahi hoga. Imlie portrayed Savitri, a symbol of loyalty and faithfulness towards her husband and that's what Imlie would be towards Agastya. Woh pagal Vishwa ka kuch keh nahi sakte.

Agar hoga bhi toh I don't have much problem provided that initial days ASC should be back in action who don't give a damn to anyone .I was watching some of initial episodes and Sai was too good in portraying the brooding expressions. Yeh Imlie phir khud Bhagte bhagte uske piche aayegi.

bold2 : I think now the story is moving forward with the inclusion of locket mystery. Meera and Imlie hadn't seen the masked killer face so their statements wouldn't have been helpful in identifying the masked killer but yeh locket mein kuch toh aisa hai which is a major threat to his identity. Aaj Imlie ko maarne ka itna Acha chance mila tha and he let it go just because he wanted the possession of locket.

woh kuch nibbi fans hogi or might be bots too. Can't deny the possibility. We have to ignore nonsense like this. In every form of entertainment whether movies ,itv or books some fans ship leads with others but that doesn't the change the destiny of original ships.

Reels se chahe jitni fan following bana le it won't change the fact that Sai is the lead protagonist . Itna hi shauk hai lead banne, go and give some auditions. He has stiff body language. won't be able to depict soft and vulnerable emotions.

SP will recover it's loss of ad revenues for today from next week by giving shorter episodes. Competition mein rehna hai toh freebies dene padte hai
