Watching Fighter now…at Interval point and so far it is EXCELLENT Detailed review after the movie

So here goes..Fighter is a pretty cool movie and an emotional roller coaster and a royal thirst trap to see Hrithik in his ‘element’..itna Bhagwan ne koi fursat se banaya hai iss aadmi ko..DP staring at HR in the movie..is basically all of us in the theatre he looks too gorgeous ..now I’ll be honest I love to watch HR in spectacle movies like this (like sure you do Vikram Vedha and Kaabil and all..but no one has the aura that you have in such roles HR ) , JA, Dhoom 2 etc..like I remember watching Dhoom 2 thrice in the cinema during college days just to drool at HR who called him old and all he looks so fabulous in everything I loved the first half and liked the second half..it’s a pretty decent attempt and Sid A directed well for a change ..VFX was actually quite good. Anil K also was very effective and packs a pretty solid punch..KSG ka face is weird..never liked that dude so I really dint feel for his character but Akshay Oberoi and Sanjeeda are really good in their parts…DP has a majestic presence and really does, whatever is required of her, well..but I still dint feel any chemistry between her and HR ..even though I really liked the emotional scene between the two ..apart from that the cinematography is beautiful tbh..and the movie is engaging ..it’s Sid A..so don’t expect like a masterpiece..but he did well by his own standards..and yes there is a last minute jump onto the chopper scene like how could he not include it ??? If you are a HR fan..this one is for you, if you respect the IAF, this is for you..and if you are neither..it’s still not a bad watch at all and you will come out satisfied at the very least for 2.5 hours well spent..3.5/5.. deducted one mark for quite an OTT second half and 0.5 for need of some better dialogues here and there.: Btw loved Heer Aasmani and listening to it on repeat after watching the movie

Remove her and movie would still be same. Hell even Rashmika had substantial role than her in animal. Atleast her character set the mood of story. Forget rashmika but even dipika role in jawan was more substantial and she was doing cameo there

Exactly. It’s a much smaller release compared to Pathaan so I don’t understand why’s everyone saying it’s not doing as big as Pathaan.
