Saboor's dress was completely inspired by her late mother's dress and mannat dressed the same because of the same reason. It's a pretty known fact that all the three siblings were extremely attached to their mother.

The designer or Iqra or anyone from the team could have informed saboor. Not saying they should have taken her permission or anything which is not needed at all but could have told that they loved her wedding look and venue so they are taking inspiration. The designer might be well aware of why saboor wanted that dress and designers giving out clothes for free to actors happens all the time. Do they think sabyasachi took money from Deepika or Anushka for their wedding dress? It's free marketing for them. The designer made it look like she did some charity or favour to saboor by giving out that dress.
