It's possible. IDK for sure I just know like some of her workers who also work for other people have not been seen. It may also be one of those flu strains or something as well.

Because it's obvious scrutiny would fall under the middlemen who were exposed, no one takes proper precaution anymore so it's better to keep it under the radar, especially since she likely caught it on vacation.
