Like even if Kabir was Bhoomi's son, how does he become eligible for 25% shares of Yuvika?

Those shares were Prem's and his children had to inherit it, in no way was Kabir (even as per this plan) a child of Prem

He can't inherit the shares but can he have it if Bhumi transfers the shares in his name? Idk how this works

Only thing he can do is to just ask bhumi or emotionaly blackmail bhumi to get those shares
