Kabir is a wealthy businessman. Maybe he felt DJ was being disloyal so he decided to remind him that at the end of the day he's more invested into getting his profits? Since Neil Prabhu has introduced him as a "profitkhor" maybe Kabir did that because DJ was acting like his boss in that scene and ofc Kabir ain't not powerful

That's why i have a feeling that he's double crossing DJ cause his "got super involved in the character" is such a BS excuse
