Nope, it's almost entirely possible, and I'm 99% sure his mom said this, if her mom can say this outside about random people, then why not her, about whom she and her family actually feels like this. The kinda BG Vicky has, DILs can be from equally rich family yet not given equal rights, Bilaspur, a coal mine owner kinda fam, it's a certain BG. Yahan toh I've no doubt NOBODY likes Ankita in his fam. She's an actress (which isnt a good thing for them, they'd consider it cheap), everyone knows about SSR past, and financially from much inferior BG comparatively. No doubt they'd look down on her

I don’t think BB would miss the chance to show something like this…but chalo maan bhi lete hain bola ho. But whatever you have said about BG etc, it seems like there’s nothing wrong in saying something like this?
