Maldives accepted to be part of silk route n India is getting surrounded by China from all sides posing security threat.

Hence PM visiting lakshadweep to counter Maldives as lakshadweep is similar to Maldives just was not allowed to commercialize as per previous policy. PM didn't tweeted anything against Maldives he was just promoting tourism within India. But Maldives ministers started targetting PM's visit n one minister said Indian rooms will smell bad n he had even applied for Indian citizenship few years back.

They won't say a word on Gaza where children are being mass murdered daily by Israel and this they will speak about..which is such a non-issue..if you have influence and an iota of humanity..use that voice for Gaza where children are dying everyday..

If Americans decided not to go to any place that had insulted our presidents, we wouldn't even be able to leave the house.

Look, I am all for supporting local tourism. India is stunningly beautiful and has many hidden gems worthy of visiting. But I am not a fan of opportunistic jingoism and propaganda to promote tourism.

Just because some despise the ruling party doesn't mean it's OK to take shit from another country. Parties will come and go.
