I agree the scenes between Armaan and Ruhi does not depict that emotions and longing look from Armaan anymore. He is being made to act as any other normal brother in law. Infact even after Abhira’s constant push he is maintaining apt distance from Ruhi. He did not let Abhira go to Ruhi the previous night and also did not utter a word for taking out Ruhi to market.

That I didn't understand at all, I know why he's keeping his distance but

why is he keeping Abhira away ,

Agree!!! Till the time ruhi plans to hurt/blame abhira, I have no issue with her.

But I'm eager now to see her reaction after rohit returns, (she missing rohit could be a genuine feeling as he always supported her, but i still believe more than anything she is more in guilt now), kya karegi woh, kaise react karegi seeing him, will she reveal the truth??
