You do know alimony is a thing and realistically Hindu marriages mein ek saal hone se pehle divorce nahi hota. The show is not even two months old and the FL is being called out for other people's actions. He could have gotten the marriage annulled right there because duress mein hua tha. That is fine and all par abhi toh sirf annulment hove hai.
As per Indian law, anyone can file divorce within first 3 months of marriage.
