Besides the AdYa being end game, I think, the makers will not show Kavya being weak to not fight for her love, that would be so against the show's theme..

Also, they will not drag this for long with third angle and drift away from Kavya's professional life, it should be wrapped up soon, even if Adi doesn't find the truth, there may be some sort of reconciliation/understanding between Adi and Kavya..

Makers did bring Radhika with the intention of third angle but they're showing Giriraaj wants to get Adi & Radhika married.
