Naira did the forgiving drama inorder to nullify the possibility of her and kartik breaking up. She was highly self centered to spare her mother's killer to favor her lover's interests and be in his good books.

As for singhanias they just played along acting mahaan for the heck of it.

Even if goenkas hadn't thrown her out at every chance they got , naira forgiving mansi in the beginning was always wrong nonetheless.

He won ITAs back to back for the role.
He was highest paid of Gen 3.
He was one of the face of the banner from start to end (despite his storyline)

He enjoyed support from the channel.

He got his exit on his own terms.
