2002 The Rookie is a favourite of mine. True story of a Chemistry teacher who lost his shot at baseball glory when he was young owing to injuries. He comes back in the middle age while he is teaching and makes a name for himself playing baseball in little league and then in major league. Dennis Quaid was amazing.

Another favourite of mine is Shall We Dance starring Jennifer Lopez, Susan sarandon and Richard Gere. Movie is about a middle aged married guy with two children who wants to do something new in his life and he chooses to learn to dance, Jennifer Lopez is his teacher who trains him for a dance competition.

Australian TV series Bodyline was release in 1984, it was based on the famous/infamous Bodyline test series between England and Australia where the English captain Douglas Jardine and lethal pace bowler Harold Larwood targeted body of Australian batsmen instead of stumps, especially Don Bradman was Jardine's target.

The series was telecast on Doordarshan in 80's and remains one of my favourite.

I liked the actors who played the role of Jardine and Larwood.
