Some of us here expected months back, that one among twins will turn out to be adopted child of Bhoomi & Prem, not biological truth which Mahajan's (and also Yuvika) won't be aware, as twins were born and raised in Rishikesh away from Delhi.

From new precap, it can also be possible Bhoomi gave birth to one healthy and another unborn child in Rishikesh? Now whether Arjun or Isha will be proven as adopted to create more havoc? if Gargi is the person who is going to drill deep.
