What I find interesting in the video was that when Alia approached her face at Raha's, Raha tried to shove her face aside (a bit like: "I'm with papa now, not with you.")...it's only visible in the video, not in the pics.

Little Kids do that. They can prefer one parent over the other. Telling you from my experience. when my kid is with her dad she refuses to let me carry her. She will keep holding on to him. I tell her jokingly you will embarrass me when I am outside people will question if I am your mom

I simply interpreted Raha's movement at not wanting her mother's face at her face at that moment and t h a t is absolutely the right of even the smallest kid to express. It's a good sign that Raha is allowed to express that.
