I don't watch the show, so I'm not sure. From promos it looked like the guy comes to take revenge from fl for some childhood misunderstanding. Then fall in love with her, get angry because she has some male friend and ultimately forces her to marry him. This is what I gathered from all the promos I saw.

I think Nidhi and Ashish (Toshu) did too. In the show, they have gone to where most of the characters disappear post leap.
