It’s a pretty good movie in my opinion. Some people were disappointed because they expected it to be similar to Pathan and Jawan but this was much needed in bollywood cinema. As bollywood is now concentrating on the action scenes, the background score and the plot twist, character arcs etc., people have gotten so used to that and when they expected something different from Dunki they regard it as a bad film, when it isn’t. Just because it didn’t meet your perspectives it’s not bad. Sure there were some bumps and hiccups but overall it was pretty good. Hats off to both SRK and Rajkummar Hirani🙌🏽

I just watched the film.. what can i say.. i loved everything about this movie.. I am a person who loves Dil Dhadakne Do, Taare Zameen Par, Bajrangi Bhai Jaan and who doesn't like to watch films like KGF & SALAAR, which i cannot relate.

A film like Dungi was long due from Khans' And Boy Srk has delivered one of his best performance till today. All lead cast gave full justification to their character especially Vickey Kaushal.

I went to see the film with a little hesitation as the rating for film in bookmyshow was less than 8 but when i watched the film i knew the rating has nothing to do with how you feel about the film.. I loved Dunkiiii.

Dunki is a heartwarming film that tackles the subject of illegal immigration in a typically bittersweet , Hirani way. It is very bollywood, but has an absolutely gorgeous and lovely beating heart at its centre.

The performances are lovely. Vicky broke me. But everyone does have their moments. Srk, taapsee, anil and vikram.

The plot is simplistic, and ofcourse the screenplay is like every hirani film. Like a gujarati play. This does not take away from how it makes you feel overall. It makes you chuckle at times, wallow in tears in moments, and feel love for Manu and Hardy every now and then.

This also proves why we need SRK. Why we need men like Hardy. Why the way he looks at Manu, the way he loves, is beautiful. But thats me ( a man) speaking. Its tender, respectful, warm , giving and accepting.

The songs elevate the film. Every song is woven beautifully into the screenplay. This soundtrack will stay with me for a while. Pritam, sonu, varun and arijit - gosh you guys are talented! Chal we watna !

Go watch the film guys. It will end your year with a feeling of goodness, kindness , warmth and love.
