Nah. The birthmark was clearly visible in the picture that lady has. Deva was wearing his regular shirt as a kid in that one and the birthmark could be easily seen. This has to be a loophole.

This birth mark was never shown when flashback was shown .The sudden twist came and they put a large mark on the picture 😂

Many times they have shown young Deva specially wide arms open n all.

Even adult Deva never had this when je was shirtless n sleevless ...
