There was no doubt about it, at least not for trp audience. Akshara, till the end of gen 3 kept repeating she loves only Abhinav. And in gen 4, whenever the context of husband-wife came up, she always thought about Abhinav. Their daughter Abhira told that mumma only loved you. No one can replace you in her life. So many instances before and after leap.

Exactly, there was never a doubt but madam is very forgiving, and went back to get married to her toxic first husband, even if it was just for abhir. But she was ready to nibhao the marraige and started hugging him because of which the other fandom thought she still loves Abhimanyu.

Akshara after Fallin in love with Abhinav, never fell out of love with him.
