I am stating my option , isha choose to leave her son so she is facing the consequences until his anger is gone, leaving the child behind is not great either 😕

Isha was educated. She could have asked for divorced and take her son with her.

She chose her parents but at what price? Making her own son half orphan.

How is it just one person who scarred kid's heart?

Like they say it takes a village to raise a child, in this case, circumstances, both parents and the imposers of the societal rules, the elders of the family, the rules itself scarred the child.

Just a thought, if they really did want to follow the society rules and as mentioned nanihal was for summer vacation only why didnt they send him to the nanihal every summer!!!

What were the reasons driving Shantanu to stay mute? It looks like he made lousy choices and the blame fell on Isha. She was a victim. I think Shantanu not standing by Isha emboldened AS.

Shantanu by his silence became an accomplice to Surekha.

Shantanu did not have guts to go against akkasaheb ka decision when he was young - something that bothered him so much that now he stays with Isha. The separation hurt him so much that it made him finally find his voice.

A mother is safe heaven for a kid. A village doesn't matter if mother isn't there. Knowing that you mother has left you and she isn't coming back is the worst thing a kid has to live. A father and society can influence but if a mother wants she can take her child with her.

Yes totally agree with this , she could have divorced and take son with her.

Abandoning a child by any parent is crime in.many counties ( not sure about India) , parents can get charged for it and social welfare will have supervision and assessments can wve. Take the child away for ever , later thay will get a better family for the child according to their assessment!

It is " an offense " in many counties... Ishan was a such small child , it is really heart breaking to see his mom walking out in front of his eyes !

I am talking about " choice" she made a choice , that choice was to leave " her under age child who was below 10 " with insensitive Bosales 😑...

Yes ... scar can't heal but the irony is " a wound can heal but the impression of it scar always remains"

Always it is better not to cause a scar then regret it with its disturbing appearance...
