Dadi can never replace the love a mother would give him. With Meera being proved innocent, he will realise what all sacrifices she made and how that impacted his childhood and his upbringing. I think the fact that Imlie got the love and care from his mother while he remained deprived of it will make him feel hurt and jealous.

There's a lot of healing that he needs because his wounds are deep.
