As of now Angad Sahiba don't know the bigger plan (stewpid I know). They probably think the plan was to trap Bears in a fake fraud case and steal the diamond. If Seerat is confronted now she will likely blurt out what she did and they will figure out some important papers were stolen. When they ultimately know after total bankruptcy, Seerat is definitely getting exposed, they will know Seerat handed over papers, I doubt anyone will think or care about punishing her , she herself won't stay with broke Bears.

Someone has to tell how they got papers na. I don't think anyone will think of punishing Seerat then but Seerat herself will leave them and when they take back power from Garry , tab will be her real punishment.
