Yes,We don't have any knowledge about how the live award show happens. We only can guess because while telecasting on tv they edit & include performance between the awards as much as I heard

Who is Vishal and ~~who is the guy in the right most bottom in the video thumbnail~~, (saw the video, so he is..) Siddharth, I think they were both on stage with Harshad when he was dancing with Hrithik. Also, ~~this guy in the video thumbnail~~ Siddharth was with Harshad on the red carpet! Are they close, never seen him in any of Harshad's shows.

Pardon my ignorance if they are very popular! Just shows that I have a lot to catch up!
