Even though it was cheesy I am happy it ended on a positive note.🙏🙏 The way some shows end I feel makers get a sadistic pleasure, as if taking a revenge on its audience!

Khaare Raaste, Baatein Ankahee and BG score was one of the biggest USP. Really loved the show in the beginning, especially the way they handled the kaali raat and the aftermath. Some of their scenes were so powerful with amazing writing, acting and execution. There were phases which were absolutely trying, the baby one especially smiley36 and Kathas character stagnation but overall I liked their journey. Thankfully it stayed away from a lot of stereotypes and managed to stay away from the usual high voltage drama till the arrival of masi and then everything went downhill. smiley36

For me it will be one of my favorite shows. smiley27 Batman-Robin, Katha- Viaan, lol Katha - Neerja , EARTHCON where thankfully makers decided to end the show:)))

Forgot to add Viaans shayris especially in the initial episodes were beautiful and loved the way Adnan delivered it with so much of thehraav and feels :))

Yes, that's true....these days the ending of most shows is way more messed up.....as happy endings go, Katha still got a good one even if some bits got extra cheesy/cringey.

I think the base that the show built in the original 70 epis or so is what basically tided it over to the end even as they veered off into not so well executed bits. What they did in those first 75 epis with executing the office dynamics, the ONS, the aftermath, the realizations and then ofcourse the peak with Viaan's "ab wo mujhse baat karti hai" poetry......there was such a genuineness to the execution of that phase that it lasted even till the end.

When I look around and see what a mess the rest of ITV is, I do savor the fact that Katha had the kind of office scenes it did....the visual of Katha-Viaan bending over to look at a design sketch, the simple things like the way they would open the doors to each other's cabins, the walk down the main stairs.....I genuinely got fond of watching that setsmiley36......so even later when the scenes went into the hit or miss sort of zone plot-wise, these things sort of remained a steady comfort whenever one would tune into watch an epi. I'm obviously talking of the pre Maya Maasi phase.....once that hit, even all this couldn't manage to salvage things....lol

For a second I couldn't recall who was Neerja and then I realized you're talking about Dodosmiley36....she will always be Dodo in my head.....haha....and I will cherish the original Aarav, the original Batman-Robin bond of the show before they messed him up too.

Adnan really did a good job of Viaan - again I'm mainly going by the first 75 or so epis where he cemented himself in the image of Viaan.....

I wanted to sort of wrap up things by uploading the remaining KV scenes cuz I'd stopped uploading them in between but now it's so hard to find old epis. The ones on YT have some scenes missing cuz they cut out the bits whenever Khaare Raste or Baatein Ankahee played.....lol

WORD !! Lol you summed it up so perfectly:) I guess I am too attached to the show because of those initial episodes the base they built was pretty solid and had a lasting impact . I love how you used the word COMFORT, that pretty much describes the feeling I had watching most of the show.

Dodo was so much fun, especially when she got the better of Katha. smiley36 The way she would put her point across , ulte kaan pakadke was entertaining.

Lol at your disclaimers smiley36 Viaan got the best arc in the show and Adnan did a good job of portraying him.

Idk how many times I have said this but I watch the scenes you uploaded on your drive regularly, like you said the whole office setup and their scenes have a comforting vibe:) Aww … I so wish there was some other way for uploading the scenes especially the trip they had for the seminar. You do have the best scenes though so its still good:))

Lol I just saw the hashtag Farjigulzarsmiley37 and the tagline next to it ‘thokar lagti hai to dard hota hai tabhi manushya sikh pata hai’- thats like all those slogans on the walls which are hilarious. smiley37 Reminds me of that episode where that bavasir slogan created a havoc . smiley36

Yeah I mainly wanted to catch up on the scene uploads to upload that whole seminar trip phase and also some of their pre-wedding scenes.....but kaafi bits are cut out on YT.....sigh.....lol oh well, I did get most of the good ones on theresmiley36. Glad you're still able to enjoy the scenes on the drive :)

Even when I'd initially gotten hooked to the show after my binge-watch, that was the main vibe of the show for me.....there was a comfort in tuning in daily to see the organic office interactions and the gradual nature of how things unfolded....ofcourse I started to get frustrated with the drag later on but even now in hindsight, I liked how they had a savoring quality about the office scenes....tassalli se dikhaate the bahut kuch and that is rare on ITV.

It says, "Thokar lagti hai toh dard hota hai, tabhi manushya seekh paata hai".....basically means that when a person bangs into something, they feel hurt and only then a human being is able to learnsmiley36
