He's always screwed up by always trusting wrong people, wronging Sahiba, being bewakuf in the way he chose to invite trouble by - not heeding Sahiba advice in bombay, by not being planned enough to smell a rat, by not identifying glass from diamond when mannat entered, by disguising as Sunny without any rhyme or reason and not even trying to use his stupid decision to find some clues by getting info out of mannat , parth etc - these are just few in the series of blinders.
If we stack Sahibas faults intentional and unintentional from episode number 1 against Angads 1:1, he will most definitely be the one who has WAY more faults. Period.
