Angad can defend his pathetic family as dil ke acche. His family members committed far more serious and heinous crimes like aiding kidnapping of a child, assault of women etc but he stood by them and defended their intentions. Infact he himself is guilty of assaulting his wife more than once. However him and his family can claim it was unintentional and escape.
