I think I remember watching a scene where there was a huge confrontation with the Ghosales where Surekha said something against Isha and criticised her for leaving the house. Shantanu retorted back saying who threw her out and who's responsible for Ishaan's hatred towards his parents. Surekha asked whether he feels she's responsible and then their worshipper Nishikant asked Shantanu why he's digging out skeletons from the past. I'm not sure if this is fully correct but I remember this scene vaguely.

Desperate time people talk like that !

Kakku indeed loves her devar like her own son it was very heart warming

I agree about Kaku loving her devar unconditionally. There is no doubt about it.

Pakhi poisoned Vinayak 's mind so badly that this hatred didn't go away easily. Though Sai tried her best to make him normal. But, I don't understand how come he's so bitter, self centred and selfish.

Patralekha landed the santra business in a mess and walked away without even informing anyone. The kind of cases she filed on sayi and Pulkit, the Jaadugarni story she fed to Vinu were out of her concern for herself. The difference in the way Vinu and Savi behaved during the hijack drama to me is the result of the values built in the foundational stage. I am not a Savi or Didi fan I'm only stating facts from the way I see it manifesting in Savi and Vinu.

Team Neutrals

It is easy and convenient blaming the females !

If Viru put Pakhi in her right place, the tragedy of wasting 3 lives could have avoided, but then most of the people blamed only Pakhi , for me Viru too looked responsible. It was good story until surrogacy track after that every thing went down hill

Yes hijack drama clearly 🙄 clearly shown how different were the children !

Yap foundational stage values also has a role to play that is why first hand care takers if possible must own mother ! Vinu was a " tool" for Pakhi to get close to Viraat ...finally when she understood it was useless she vanished from the house smiley44she could have done it early ...smiley36

I dont remember exactly because it's been so long, but i think in SAAKK it was shown that the mother was forced to leave her son (Shaurya). I think her husband kicked her out of the house and then lied to Shaurya that his mother left him?

The business thing was never shown when Pakhi was there. When she left, makers showed that to show a Chavans poor so they can justify why they will be poor post leap. It was never shown how and what made her take poor decisions or if the makers would even show something like that if leap wouldn’t have been brought up suddenly. It wasn’t shown she did it deliberately or stole anything. Also ever since the leap with Savi being the lead was confirmed, makers solely started to focus on Savi to make her look the mahaan and neglected Vinu. I didn’t see child Vinu running away from plane as being deliberately wanting to harm others. Because of the leap, they had to change things around to justify post leap. Many bring that Jaadugarni story, but I never saw Pakhi deliberately telling Vinu telling that to turn him against Sai. She don’t even use her name. She was distraught and in her mind seeing Sai snatching her child and told the story to vinu in emotional state. But it was never shown that she deliberately did it to turn vinu against Sai. It was Vinu himself who then later started hating Sai because he didn’t want to be separated from his mother and took the bad one in the story as Sai.

Pakhi in her desperate mode to know about Virat and Sai neglected so many things in business....the santra business was never shown pre leap but post leap they showed how pakhi has handled the business....and how she neglected the important meetings and taken decisions in haste just to know what Sai and viru are doing smiley36she is the one who ruined the business in desperate mode and left chavans in bankrupt statem

I remember that too, but what I mean Surekha obviously want to control everyone and everything, but others aren’t forced. Surekha never had the legal right to take Ishaan from Isha. It’s Isha herself who left the child to her. Till this day I haven’t understood why the other Bhabi and daughter-in-law are scared from her when it’s their house too and they have full legal rights on everything this Surekha has. I guess I live in USA, and it’s just so hard for me to understand why women are scared from her?! Is this Indian culture to be scared of the eldest Bhabi because she shouts, become slave in the house and give your children to her even though the law is on your side? Like I know Indian culture and many culture emphasize on family and respecting elders, but many younger women put up with this despite the in-laws being disrespectful and evil because they lack finances, scared of society, etc. but here none of the women especially Isha lack finances or scared of society.

Elder Vinu’s characterisation is not based on young Vinu. It is based on another character from which Ghum Gen 2 is inspired from. Hence Bada Vinu is drastically different from chhota Vinu.

In any case, it is better than Patralekha left. She was a manipulative foster mother. Not even a real mother so why would she care.
