5 steps to be self-destructive on IF:

1. Aggressively keep track of members that have a different political opinion compared to yours

2. Follow those members everywhere

3. Have hallucinations about them. Make up assumptions about them. Get angry reading their posts

4. Start attacking those members

5. Never ever self-reflect on the time, energy and emotions you're wasting on an online forum which does not deserve any of that.

6. Drag - other people into your arguments and mess, who had nothing to do with IF for the past 10 years under false pretences of being victimised and in danger from certain folks. Make them fight people, that they didn't know existed or who had never wronged them - up until that point.

After all that - go and tell lies on that person who helped you during your bad times and make up stories and false information just because they sussed you out for your lies and victim play. And you begin to see them as a threat and U use up so much energy on that.

.... And this is how some of us retired members ended up back in the forum, a forum which was unrelated to interests. Dragged in.
