yes isha's parents were all grown up and adults but they were too old to care for themselves and they needed their daughter. i believe we were shown a flashback sometime ago of isha saying "mai apne bete ko liye bina kahi nahi jaungi" followed by AS kicking her out. isha didn't leave to advance her career she left because she had to take care of her parents, she could not have let them just die, right? she left without ishaan because she was forced to by AS.

i am so excited for tomorrow's episode, finally some masala. the ishaann savi showdown is going to be a very exciting watch which I cannot wait for

In the circumstances given Isha took the right decision assuming Shanthanu would perform his parental duties. He was reduced to a non player and was busy meditating when Isha was battling for her life.

Shantanu like Virat is a failed father.

Isha could have called her son and met him at school of she wanted to.

We have duties towards our aged parents and also towards our children. I started working when my son was 6 months old.i worked 6 days a week but never ever let it interfere with my parenting. My extended family pitched in to raise my kid. Isha trusted the family but she almost washed her hands of Ishaan or atleast that's the script he believes in. It is time for rescripting now. Better late than never.

Parenting is no joke if can't be responsible for a child then don't bring one to the world ,

There are many ways to get a child back, system is in favour of Mother !

I understand what you're saying and I agree with it too. But, before jumping to conclusions they should have atleast tried to figure out her side of the story. Is only Ishaa responsible? Why can't they criticise Shantanu?

As far as the Bhosales go problems are perceived only unilaterally. They choose to see what they want to see and are blind to all else. They have been trained by the ringmasters to say what is politically right.

When Savi was giving them facts about Sam and his family. They chose to ignore it as it would mean stepping out of their comfort zone.

If they have to empathise with Isha they have to listen to her side of the story. Vilifying her is in Surekhas plan of things. She has told them adnauseum that Isha was career oriented and shunned her motherly role and responsibilities to the family. It has now become part of the belief system of the true blood Bhosales. Doubting that. Script would be switching loyalties to an outsider. Nishikant days what he has been programmed to say.

Isha is not wrong , but she made a choice so she must face the aftereffect

Children once grow up will understand esp sons will be more affectionate , after this troubled period Ishan and Isha might become vlose @

Savi will be bridge , connecting them

What I say Ishaan is not wrong at all for being angry at the mom , same time he has no right to insult or humiliate her either

Surekha is pathetic

She wants to control entire family

Shanthanu is more pathetic than her

What I see in " Ghum" writers they are fascinated with " bhabi devar relationship If not love triangle of bhabi devar .... " there is war of control deak bhabi " going

Ishaan has formed certain impressions of relationships from what he has seen around him . Things were fine in Ishaans dhuniya till Savi arrived and Reeva departed.

He was not the socialising types and subsequently his perception of women was defined by what he had heard from Surekha. Though he sees the treatment meted out to Asmitha and Shika in his eyes Surekha is perfect and can do no wrong.

Durva keeps reiterating that Ishaan has changed after Savi came on the scene. What has started happening is he is noticing a different type of feminity. Unlike the manipulative ,mean docile and suppressed Bhosale women or the awestruck students in his class here was someone bright, forthright, intelligent and capable. The wonder in his eye is visible as is his hurt and pain

He was clueless what to pick as a gift for Savi and his stereotyped view of women surfaced then.

He views Isha and Reeva as women abandoning their loved ones to further their dreams. Unless this construct in his head is shattered he cannot love his mother or forgive Reeva and move on.

Yes, I agree. Isha abondoning Ishaan might be Surekha and Rao's story to poison his mind. Noone knows the truth. Maybe Nishikant might be aware but he's Surekha's worshipper so, he'll keep quiet. I hope the truth comes out in front of Ishaan else he will always hate his Ayi.
