Currently goneka inheritance is with ruhi as they cut ties with akshara. They had never shown gvs remembering akshara being pregnant at the time she left the house. And ruhi handles the business with Manish.

I don't think dadisa will have any issues with kartik marrying twice, even Manish Goenka married twice.

Abhira's father is the nicest person ever and my favourite in this show 💙 but knowing how dadisa is & has issues with poor people, she might hate abhira more for being daughter of a driver.

Not sure about the legalities but biological children have an automatic share in property, cannot cut them like that.

I know that. Only legal paper by the current owner can change the biological inheritance. But in the world of itv anything is possible.

Karthik has been married three times, not twice . I believe Abhira understands her father's compassionate nature, so she probably won't stand for any character assassination of her mother or father by Dadisaa. I hope Abhira answers back to Dadisaa without holding back. In future, Dadisaa might come to adore Abhira more than the other bahus.

Abhira could potentially contest in court for her mother's share. Considering the Poddars are portrayed as lawyers, they could enlighten the audience about inheritance laws. In reality, many face legal battles over such matters, and it's unfortunate that ITV doesn't often educate viewers about these issues.
