Actually they do have Alzheimers as that Ajinkya's last name was Mhatre and not Shahne as mentioned in today's episode. Also, I don't think it is the same Ajinkya though.

Pahki did used to taunt Sai and Pakhi's traits are there in Vinayak so he does that to Savi
