There's nothing wrong with them having completely different approaches when it comes to their careers. They are free to make their own decisions without any restrictions and imposition from their partner as such, which is why they are successful and sorted.

Ayeza has been very clear since the beginning that she would only take up projects as long as she was comfortable and confident with them. That was her preference. Otherwise, she will simply not do it. If one has observed her over the years, these choices reflect in her journey with how she evolved with the times and slowly eased up. So regarding Ayeza being conservative, that is the way she naturally is and she conducted herself in that manner, be it in her personal or professional life. It's not something Danish forced upon her.

Now even if Ayeza is conservative when it comes to herself, she has never imposed that on any of Danish’s professional decisions. In fact, we have only seen her root for him and be the biggest supporter he could have asked for through all his choices. Both of them have spoken about how they have absolutely no issues with the professional decisions their partner makes. They feel they both have their own likes and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses and a very different set of audience, based on which they can make decisions different from each other. They see it only as work and are thorough professionals. Occasionally they do tend to make suggestions to each other, the ultimate decision making however is their own.

The dynamic they share seems quite sorted in that sense. They each do their own thing, don’t impose their decisions on the other and yet have each other's back.
