I think that this new girl is part of Deva’s plan to prove to Tara that he isn’t Deva. Because once Tara knows the truth it’s over for Deva. The only question is.. why does Deva still want revenge even after knowing the truth??

Any way deva couldn't take revange in proper way on tara mam bcz he couldn't see her in pain now how can he love the other girl

That would be the most logical explanation. Tara told the truth so that we as viewers don’t hate Tara but Deva will forget everything she confessed
