Playing devil's advocate here. Situation was different. Abhira said someone died because of them. All the deaths they showed, either Akshara was accused of causing their deaths or she feels guilty of their deaths. But there's no such situation with Abhinav. So it would not have made any sense to show her remembering his death in that instance.

They had signed the papers and later patched up once. Then Manyu pulled out divorce papers from his cupboard (very convenient) on the say Neel died. There were other small separations in between.
