Thank you for updating us. I have lost a lot of faith and goodwill for Priyanka over the last few years but this is heartening. I just hope she is doing this out of genuine emotion and feeling and not just to avoid being cancelled.

The problem is, there are many there to help but you have to read what UNICEF writes (Petrichor's post)... and again, like with the Ukraine, too many financial interests are held higher than human lives...and apparently, there is no shortage of weapons to kill thousands and thousands of civilians.

She and her husband had planned an activism-based reality show which got pulled due to backlash. So yeah. Nothing she does is genuine but if her name there helps even one of her fans gain perspective, that is worth its while I guess.

Priyanka has never spoken up about anything that doesn't benefit her and she will only take what she believes is the most PC approach to social issues to not cause controversy. Even if what she says in India is different from what she says in America.

Bollywood actually hosted Netanyahu a few years ago. On top of this Bollywood stars these days are extremely scared of saying the slightest thing that might go against a certain narrative and gets them cancelled. Sonam Kapoor has been the only one to say something in her insta stories, and Varun Dhawan posted a simple ceasefire story a couple of weeks ago. Just these two.

What was that show about again? I remember hearing about it but don't remember why there was backlash.

Something interesting is that her husband or in-laws are not in the list. So I give her props for perhaps departing from their views.
