Has the writers changed?

Is there a reason why they do not want wholesome positive vibes. I remember back in the days everyone was like YRKKH is the only show with no baddies and negativity. It was just normal family issues. What changed. Gen 1 from Maheswari where we learn lessons about how to deal with family etc.

Gen 2 had few issues too. With Keerti Ex. Many love interests from Naira and Kartik that interfered with their marriage life. But Gen 3 is over the top.

The writers must of changed.

Gen 4 looks good! Regressive or not. But main thing is we need postivity a bit more festives dances etc
