I was in a similar state for 8 months before the pandemic started. I was vexed with that mental state for 8 months to the point that I decided to make some serious changes in my life then and exactly when I was about to take charge of my life and implement those changes, one fine day pandemic started out of nowhere, all my plans turned upside down, felt like "whenever I want to go one step forward in life, destiny always finds a way to put me three steps backward" , and my state got worsened in first one year of pandemic, when I thought nothing worse happens than that, then fate laughed at me like" hold on.. There is more worst phase is waiting for you " with second wave peaking leading to worst of my life( when I saw my mom in her worst phase), next 6 months was a nightmare. In 2022 beginning I think I started to having least expectations from life and also I guess I got resistant to the misery by then , it forced me to start living one day at a time then, felt like it was getting better in mid 2022. Now when I think about it, it was not my situations/misery got better in mid2022, it was the way I started looking at my life got better .After a long time Yesterday it was one of such worst days in Real life again, I cried my heart out and came here for some distraction, thankfully this place has the power to distract me from real life stress. I started focusing on music as usual which worked like a therapy to my soul.

I'm sharing all my experience with you here bcz when I was in such a state all I wanted to hear was "it gets better... Don't lose hope".. and reading people's similar experiences and how they came out of it used to give me hope too at that time, so wanted to share my experience.. Hang in there dear.. It definitely gets better. I'm not saying that your circumstances will change, all I'm saying is you will find a way to look at it in a better way.. All you need to do is... Don't lose hope,Dont give up and Time is a healer, Give it a time, it gets better..

And glad that you opened up here.Sometimes Sharing with complete strangers help you especially when you are feeling like giving up. They don't judge you, I'm sure most of the people are sweet enough here to not judge you.. And once again,Hang in there dear...
