It’s not about whether who knows who but the trolling and the same would have been whether it was any bolly celebrity. It’s not necessary that everyone should know everyone. No. Deepika for example is more famous than some called Superstars and I'm sure Gio and Cristiano would have greet her. With the rest the same thing would have happened because removing SRK or DP no one knows them outside India.
