David Miller: (On South Africa's recent form) We did struggle in the first two games (against Australia back home) but managed to dig deep. We have played good cricket for a consistent period of time and it is about continuing that blueprint. A lot of individuals are doing well at different stages. Great start to the World Cup, and it has been good to start (this way). Feeling really comfortable in each other's space at the moment. (On expressing themselves) That is what we have spoken about - to be bold and courageous. The guys have batted beautifully up front and have laid the foundation for the guys in the middle. (On the dressing room environment) In India, you get to spend a lot of time with each other, in team rooms and stuff. Really enjoying it and taking it day-by-day.
