Theres also some crazy hate for Sahiba and treating her as a servant whos obligated to save her, take care of her, provide for her even though Seerat is elder. They have made her insensitive to her own family, not that Mongas are any better than Brars. Full of selfish people.

Sahiba seems to be the only person who cares for people even when they screw up and puts their age and the "rishtaa" above personal grudges, past deeds etc.

Haven't logged in the whole day, so I am super late with the response. But I am also team Seerat wants Angad only for the status & power he has, not because she genuinely loves him. If she did, she would genuinely feel guilty for dumping him at the alter and causing him such heartache & public humiliation. She is not. She is upset because doing that kaand khudka life bigad gaya. She doesn't give a damn how Angad actually feels or where his happiness lies. If you love someone genuinely, you think of those things.

In my opinion, Seerat wants Angad because of two reasons.

1) Obviously the fat bank balance and the status. She is a gold digger plus an ambitious social climber. She wants to marry Angad for the Mrs. Brar title and the Diamond jewelleries + designer clothes.

2) She is utterly, purely self centred and now has developed a deep hatred towards Sahiba. She has grown up slighting & abusing Sahiba all the time and now she cannot digest that Sahiba's life may turn out better than her. Both financially & personally. She wants to put Sahiba back in her place, i.e., beneath her. And so she wants to snatch away Angad from her. And punish her too for even daring to dream a happy life, loved by Angad and valued by the Brars. How dare Sahiba have those if I don't have them!! That's her psychology. Had Sahiba been Veer's wife & Seerat Angad's, she wouldn't have minded it that much cause that would still keep Sahiba beneath her. But if Brars liked Sahiba more, of course she would have instigated them into believing Sahiba is the worst Bahu possible, while Seerat is the most ideal one. In each & every aspect of life, she wants to see Sahiba beneath her. That's it! And I have a suspicion this approach extends towards Keerat too. Just wait for Veerat marriage (if it happens anytime soon). She would try to make Keerat's life hell too.

P.S. - Seerat is no Dyuti. And it's not because she is not greedy or cunning but actually the opposite. Dyuti really loved Rahul. She never left his side even though Rahul wasn't a perfect husband towards her. She tolerated all his crap and went to stay with him to jhopdi when the Singharoys threw them out. She was always jealous of Khori, but only because Khori was the badhi bahu and was in general liked and respected by the Singharoys more. She always tried to oust both Riddhimaan & Khori so that Rahul can take Riddhi's place and by default Khori's place comes to her. And even then she didn't like if Riddhi doubted or humiliated Khori. She stood by her sisters since the Kunni marriage fiasco and later on when she thought because of her misdeed Khori got killed, she was almost driven to madness by guilt. Seerat ko dekho! She is doing jumping jacks and just dying to throw party that Sahiba is dead

Yes sahiba will suffer bcoz she loves him. Remember old badass sahiba on her wedding day, she said"she has no greed neither any fear of losing from this marriage ". That sahiba was fearless n strong. But she changed after falling in love with angad n became weak.
