I was more interested in Shaan-Aastha's dynamics with Shaurya. They didn't explore that part much. The regional version I watched gave such lovely arc for the mother-son reunion and his bonding with his parents.

They had lot of potential... No doubt... And one of my friend was huge rooter for ShaNoor story... She used to write stories too...

This whole scene and ShaKhi's love story seemed copy pasted from Raghav and Kalpana... My Ragna also had this kinda shaadi... And bacm then too it was so pathetic cuz ML was married to sweet sister who was later made negative to glorify leads...

But I think SAAKK version did it better...

In SAAKK the FL, Looks like she thought he was about to punch her. She kinda flinched and closed her eyes. And it looked more forceful.

In Raghav Kalpana version. The slow motion coming near. kalpana standing like a statue. I was asking the screen, "Kyu soch rahi ho? What do you think he is planning to do with sindoor."

It almost felt like FL wanted that to happen.

Also sweet sister? I thought they were not related. The FL's mother was the other girl's maid servant or Nanny type person.? Were they siblings?

I think promo of this show.. sapne dekhna har kisi ka adhikar hai... something like that.

So what was rich girl and poor girl's dreams. Did anyone achieve theirs?

On a side note:

I think Farah khan just sad seeing the wastage of sindoors. Isiliye toh forcefully shahdi karne wale ML's ke liye yeh scene rakha tha

It used to be days of my crazy fangirling... Matlab paagal... Sach mein mein pagal thi...

Iss show mein I became Rachana's fan and usi pagalpan mein ended up going to MP sets too...

But haan in this show idea was not to show forceful marriage... Leads were going to marry anyway.

You are right, they weren't sweet sisters...

Kamla bai was Pakhi's maid but pakhi treated her like Maa... Kalpana was always insecure because Kamla always attended Pakhi more.. However, Pakhi was also Kamla ki parvarish.. So she was dumb, delusional but good at ... However, like Muskaan, our sympathies was always towards Kalpi and luckily in the show she was also female lead! So her insecurities were valid.

Pakhi fell in love with Raghav, Raghav wanted to avenge Pakhi's parents so be decided to make her fall in love and break her heart... However, he always felt attracted to Kalpana and one fine evening he accidentally couldn't control himself and ended up confessing his feelings to her accidentally... Making Kalpana explore her own feelings and slowly falling for him too... He was quite adamant too that he wants only Kalpana's love. Eventually everything was set and DJs brought in dumbest twist of all time!

Aah the great wedding... Where ML pretended he was marrying parallel lead whereas infact he was preparing for his shaadi with FL.

FL didn't know she was marrying ML. ML continued the pretense and this was angstof crazy FL thinking ML is marrying villain lead...

One of the stupidest track... Marrying her without her knowing she is getting married... Eww... How in the world is one supposed to enjoy such plot... Worst part was FL was OK with this rubbish!

Do you guys think, Abhira1 could have worked if there was a forced marriage scene like in SAAK ,EMA and many other shows.

I think it could have worked.. Because whenever I see their epic confession, I just end up hating them. The rotating hug, AbhiM talking instead of Ak. It felt was selfish and did not care about others pain. And their love just did not feel that pure or nice in that scene.. Just ruthless..

What if instead of getting engaged to Arohi in first place, AbhiM just play sindoor holi with Ak. and then fill the episodes with Angst love?

I only remember cheering Arohi when SHE throws the ring at HIM breaking the engagement. OH I love that scene.

Hina was 19 when the show started, and she looked like a doll with all baby fat on her face. It's more about body structure than face.

In my personal opinion only loose Korean style clothing suits pranali. She looked like a tiktoker in pre leap Western outfit and lesser said about the traditional the better.

Don't know what dkp was having while casting her. I hope they don't run after another fairer wooden plank for the next generation.
