If you keep aside teacher student issue, SAAKK was good initially but later on turned into cringe meme material love story like Abhira .

I liked Aastha’s story more than the Sabrewal drama.

SAAKK handled DV arc way better than Parth issue in yrkkh .

I am always icky about professor student and the difference is visible even in this pair. I don’t get any romantic vibes from them yet, Bhavika looks younger than shakti tbh. But the execution is much better I guess and all these prime slot shows have loyal viewers so some amount of stability will be there in trps unless something drastic happens. Their TRPs is constant 2.1 -2.2

Malini from imlie. I rooted for her until she went and raped the ML etc and went beyond redemption

but she was a smart villain

Bhavika looks younger than Shakti, but not by much. Atleast not 10-15 older like yrkkh.

Teacher&student pair is icky no doubt but I was grossed out by SAAKK more because there instead of love it seemed like grooming to me because of how fast things escalated and Anokhi’s character changed to suit Shaurya’s needs.

I don’t watch ghum s2 anymore because I have already watched SAAKK and I know the basic plot, execution is definitely better than SAAKK but then again you’re right about stability prime slot provides , SAAKK used to be constantly under scanner and SP was too impatient with 6:30 and 7 pm shows back then in covid period, these shows had to change states for shooting , stay in bubble , change scripts constantly due to new events and yet SP pressured them a lot because it wanted to compete with SSK2 and Udariyan
