Tbh she had no other option. He'd have locked her in library if she tried to escape earlier instead of interviewing him and she didn't bring a phone also. Yes, but he told his mum calls him rumi but his real name is kartik. If they get to know he faked the identity of kartik, & some other twist then only she can connect his real name to him.
