When we put on weight .. specially when face gets bigger..ur cheeks tend to puff out when u smile. Looks literally like rasgulla. Have been there and really avoided smiling for pics during that phase. And when u r on meds losing weight is really really difficult.

One thing that worked for me was dance. Aishwarya being such n amazing dancer..that should be her go to workout. Madhuri still pursues it and is so fit.

Her hair looks great here..color of dress is also nice but again it's a tent
